Valio Forte Italian-style hard cheeses are made by Võru cheesemakers and aged for 10, 16 or 20 months in the Võru cheese warehouse that has all the necessary conditions and technology for aging hard cheeses in conditions comparable to Italian cheese cellars. And so the cheeses that are a true treat - Valio Forte Classico, Superiore and Speciale - reach the consumers.
